Milligan Park
Located at the intersection of Milligan Road and Pier View Drive, Milligan Park is the perfect escape for watching the wonders and wildlife of the Snake River. The park is a perfect place for a picnic or lounging with a good book. There is a scenic pier for pedestrians to view the beautiful Snake River and a pedestrian-friendly plaza near retail shops, restaurants, and access to the Snake River greenbelt and extensive biking/walking trails.
Porter Canal Trail
The Porter Canal Trail features a twelve foot wide path that meanders through the business, retail, and residential areas. This trail is over two miles long and interconnects with the Central Valley Trail, the Idaho Falls greenbelt, and sub-path systems throughout the development.
Central Valley
The Central Valley offers a twelve foot wide, mile and a half long paved pathway which leads to a central lake of approximately two and half acres, surrounded by green space and other pedestrian-friendly amenities. Whether it's a stroll with the family or an early morning jog, you will be filled with a sense of peace as you follow the trail and encounter a series of ponds and nature amenities along the way. The Central Valley trail runs parallel to Snake River Parkway and connects to the other sub-path systems in the development.
Riverside Village Lake
Take a break from shopping and have a picnic on the edge of the Riverside Village Lake in the heart of the development. The grounds around the lake reflect the greenery focus of the entire development. Its walking paths keep pedestrians connected to other areas, creating a true village atmosphere.
South Falls Park

The South Falls Park will be located near the southern entrance to Snake River Landing and will rival other Idaho Falls Greenbelt parks, not only in size, but also in beauty. This welcome sight contributes much to the greenbelt. Its riverside walking paths connect to both Milligan Park, the Riverside Village Lake, and Ryder Park, just south of the development, connected by a trail under the Sunnyside bridge. Whether practicing for a marathon or strolling with toddlers, everyone will enjoy the beauty of this natural wonder. Here the river shows many personalities from tumbling waves, rocky outcroppings, and shallow pools to waterfalls over basalt lava rocks, thick marsh areas teeming with wildlife, and river eddies perfect for fishing.
