Brenda Haan announced today that she will open an Edward Jones office in Idaho Falls at 970 Pier View Drive – Suite A in Snake River Landing. Brenda has been partnering with Financial Advisors Joe Haan, Brian Haney, and Kevin King to serve investors throughout the Idaho Falls area.

NEW APARTMENTS COMING TO SNAKE RIVER LANDING
IDAHO FALLS (ID) - Northwest Integrity Housing Co. and Thomas Development Co., along with Snake River Landing, are pleased to announce the development and construction of Bandon River, a senior apartment community located within Snake River Landing in Idaho Falls. The beautifully designed Bandon River apartment development broke ground in July.
Bandon River Apartments will offer rental housing for eligible individuals over age 62. The developers anticipate achieving U.S. Green Building Council LEED for Homes Platinum certification, similar to three of their other eastern Idaho developments, Cardona, Rosslare and Summerhill. USGBC LEED for Homes is a rating system that champions energy, water, and resource efficiency, reducing construction waste, improving indoor air quality for a healthy home, and sustainable, green building design, construction, and operations.
The Bandon River apartment community is part of the second phase of residential development within Snake River Landing, following the first phase of 34 single-family homes. Snake River Landing plans several other home types and residential options within the over 400 acre property.
