Waterside

The Waterside district has frontage along the Snake River and the Central Valley with a series of ponds and green space which parallels Snake River Parkway. This district will feature a variety of residence types that take advantage of the views of the water or open space.

The Knolls

The Knolls District offers good visability from Snake River Parkway, and provides excellent commercial and medical office sites in a medium density residential setting. This district is located in the center of the project and will be close to the recreational ammenities of Snake River Landing including the many trail ways, water features, and open space.

The Falls

The Falls residential district is a friendly, family neighborhood with an arboreal appeal. New trees and foliage give the area a sense of natural beauty, while groomed lawns and walkways bring neighbors to a close-knit kinship. Lots and homes will vary in size in order to offer greater variety to residents in The Falls District-West neighborhood. The Falls District-East will feature a mix of medium and higher density residential units that will create a neighborhood oriented on the Snake River and the South Falls Park. In addition to residential uses, there will be transitional-type buidings, such as live/work units, which blend to adjacent neighborhoods: Riverside Village and The Commons.
