Riverside Village

Riverside Village is truly the heart of the Snake River Landing lifestyle and will offer entertainment venues, retail and dining in a waterside setting. The district is a retail amenity that will activate the public areas and gathering places within the development. The Commons

The Commons is the southern gateway to Snake River Landing. It is the area along Sunnyside Road, from Porter Canal, east to the Snake River. With the recent completion of the Sunnyside/I-15 Interchange, The Commons is ideally located for a variety of retail, commercial and service businesses.

The Commons-West will feature an auto dealership along with mid-size retailers. The central portion of The Commons is a space that will accommodate a large format retailer, mid-size retailers, and supporting retail shops and restaurants. The Commons-East will accommodate retail, lodging, and dining businesses that want to capitalize on the view of the Snake River, and is adjacent to the planned city park.

The Vista

With excellent visibility from Interstate 15, this district will be the major visual introduction of Snake River Landing to the region. Higher density residential buildings and "sit down" dining opportunities may also be incorporated into this urban setting.
