Snake River Landing is centrally located in the culturally rich and beautiful Snake River Valley. Located east of the new Sunnyside Road and Interstate 15 interchange, Snake River Landing is just 170 miles to Sun Valley Resort, 90 miles to Jackson, WY, and 140 miles to Yellowstone Park. Pancheri Drive gives the development easy access to downtown, providing convenient travel to either the east or west sides of Idaho Falls.
Traffic Counts (2005 Average Daily Traffic):
- Pancheri Drive and Interstate 15: 14,700 ADT.
- Interstate 15 at West Broadway: 19,000 ADT.
- West Broadway at Interstate 15: 25,400 ADT.
Over time the new Sunnyside interchange will fuel traffic volumes around Snake River Landing.
