Saturday (October - May) $2000 per day
Sunday - Thursday $1200 per day
Monday - Thursday $600 per half day
Friday $1600 per day
Within 30 days of event $600 per day
Event Bookings Include:
- 3300 sq ft of main floor space + large stage
- Access to tables & chairs
- Ample parking
- Use of 1.5 acres of outdoor grounds
- Catering prep area with refrigerator & freezer
- Access to building and grounds
- Alcohol may be allowed - certain rules & restrictions apply. Insurance requirements apply for all events.
Floor Plan & Layout
Review the floor plan and a variety of layouts of the Waterfront. These are options to give you an idea of the use of the space. Many indoor and outdoor seating options may be used. Inside the occupancy is 522 people.
